OVERVIEW
This workshop offers PhD students and researchers a unique opportunity to gain both foundational and advanced knowledge in population genomics. Participants will learn how to handle raw SNP array data and perform key analyses to assess population vulnerability and characterization.
The program features daily hands-on exercises focusing on topics such as inbreeding and relatedness, linkage disequilibrium, population structure analysis, effective population size, and selection signals.
Led by renowned expert Ino Čurik, the workshop combines comprehensive theoretical overviews with practical exercises conducted by Luboš Vostrý, Mario Shihabi, and Zvonimir Mijadžiković.
